PARMA - It's time to make the Paczkis. Workers in bakeries across Northeast Ohio have been working around the clock to prepare for the Fat Tuesday tradition.

People gorge on the Polish donuts before lent starts on Ash Wednesday.

The fine people at Rudy's Strudel and Bakery in Parma let WKYC's Betsy Kling into their kitchen and showed her how they make the delicious treats.
