After getting severely burned from an IED during the war in Iraq, Teeba Fadhil has made an incredible recovery.
With the help of the Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital, Barbara Marlowe, family and others, Teeba has just finished her last surgery.
Barbara stopped by our studio today to tell us about Teeba's inspiring story, and more about a local fundraiser coming up to help children dealing with similar circumstances.

The 'Circle of Friends' fundraiser will be Thursday, May 3, at the House of Blues. That's located at 308 Euclid Avenue. There will be a private VIP party in the Foundation Room at 5:30 p.m., and the event starts at 6:30 p.m.
Channel 3's Monica Robins will also be at the event to help host the evening.
The event will help benefit plastic and reconstructive surgeries for Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital.
