Consumer Minute: Target continues price matching

If you took advantage of Target's price matching program during the holidays, you can keep doing it all year long. Target is promising to match prices of online rivals, like Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Toys R Us and Babies R Us. If you find a lower price on an identical item online, Target will match that price. Target is also upping the ante. They're going to price match on items that are out of stock on

Talk about bundling services. AT&T will start offering home monitoring services. The system uses sensors, cameras and the internet to let you watch your home where ever you are from your smartphone, tablet or computer. The subscriptions let you monitor everything from burglars to water leaks. It even includes remote energy conservation.

Ten big banks came to a settlement agreement that would pay out $8.5 billion dollars to homeowners wrongfully foreclosed upon. You're eligible for money if you were in foreclosure in 2009 or 2010 and if your loan was with one of those 10 banks. A regulator is reviewing all those loans and if you qualify, you will get a letter by March. ESOP thinks the banks will have a hard time finding all of those homeowners and many not know whether or not they're eligible.
