The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is investigating reports of brake problems with Pilot SUV's. Owners are complaining about the brakes coming on but the driver isn't stepping on the pedal. This investigation involves nearly 88,000 Pilots from the 2005 model year. They still have to determine if a recall is necessary.

Tyson Foods Inc., the nation's largest meat company, is launching an animal treatment audit of suppliers farms. This comes as animal welfare activists have been pressuring Tyson to move away from cramped cages for pregnant pigs. But Tyson says that's not why they're doing the audit. Tyson's CEO says it's because they want to assure consumers their food is being processed responsibly.
