JB Mack's Classic Macaroni & Cheese:

Makes 10-12 Side Servings

1.  Cook 6 cups Elbow Macaroni approx. 7 minutes or to instructions with Pasta 

 2. Preparing Cheese Sauce:
           A. Start with 4 cups water, bring to boil
           B. Remove from heat and vigorously whisk 7oz. instant cream soup base until dissolved
           C. Immediately add 1 cup of fresh sharp shredded cheddar cheese
           D. Add 5 cups aged cheddar cheese sauce
           E. Continue to mix until all ingredients are married together
           F. Stir continuously, bring-up to approx. 150 degrees F
3. Fold in cheese with cooked macaroni

 

4. Sprinkle fresh sharp shredded cheddar on top

5. Shake seasoned bread crumbs overtop

6. Place in preheated oven to broil for approx. 2 minutes until golden brown
