2 lbs ground meat
1 lb bacon
Brown sugar- about a cup & an additional tbsp
1 bag Provolone cheese- shredded
Onion hamburger buns
Durkee French fried onions- 1 cup
In a large bowl, combine the ground meat and brown sugar. Cook your bacon. Set aside. To assemble the burgers make one relatively small Patty put some chopped bacon in the center top with shredded cheese and then another small Patty. Work the hamburger sealing the edges and the ingredients on the inside.
In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of mayo, 1 cup of French fried onions crushed, and about a tablespoon of brown sugar. Mix until blended.
Grill your burgers to your liking. I prefer medium. To put the burger together, place the burger on an onion roll top with lettuce, tomato, additional bacon, then generously spread some of the mayo that you prepared on the other half of the bun and top.
This should make eight good size burgers.
