Hoisin, Ginger Glaze Salmon

  • 4-6oz Salmon portion
  • ½ cup hoisin Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped pickled ginger (Sushi Style)
  • 2 Scallions Sliced

Method

  1. Place Salmon on Pre heat gril
  2. Cook for 5 minutes each side
  3. Mix all ingredients together
  4. The last two minutes spread hoisin Glaze on top and close the grill lid.
  5. Serve & enjoy

Wholegrain Mustard- Maple Glazed Cedar Plank Salmon

  • 4-6oz portion
  • 4 certified food safe cedar plank wood boards
  • ½ cup Whole Grain mustard
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 2 tablespoons Ohio Maple Syrup

Method

  1. Place Salmon on cedar planks then on Preheated grill
  2. Mix all ingredients and spread on top of Salmon the last 2-3 minutes of cooking
  3. Serve and enjoy

Strawberry- Cucumber Relish

  • ½ pint strawberry's chopped / Diced
  • ½ Euro Cucmnber Chopped / Diced
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons Sherry Vinager
  • 4 Tablespoon Extra Viergin Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • ½ bunch fresh tarragon or mint or dill or basil or cilantro will all work for this recipe
  • ½ red onion diced

Method

Mix all ingriedents and serve ( I would suggest to make this up and let sit for 2 hours to blend flavors)
