Traditional Mint Julep:  
8-12 Mint Leaves
2.5oz Quality Bourbon
.5oz 2-1 Simple Syrup
Crushed Ice
Powdered Sugar for garnish  

28th St. Julep:  
8-12 Mint Leaves
4-5 Black Berries
1 Tsp. Granulated Sugar
.5oz 2-1 Simple Syrup
2oz Quality Bourbon
.5 Vanilla Vodka  

Place mint leaves in serving glass along with simple syrup. Muddle gently. Add crushed ice. In mixing tin, place bourbon and vodka in mixing glass, place black berries and granulated sugar. Using mister filled with overproof bourbon, brulee berries in mixing glass. Muddle berries slightly Pour bourbon and vodka over berries, shake, add ice, shake more.  
Strain over crushed ice, garnish with mint leaves and powdered sugar.
