1 container of dates - pitted
1 container of whipped cream cheese
Walnuts - about 1 cup, chopped
Cut each date down the middle, but not totally in half so the sides are still attached.
In a sauce pan, melt butter over low/medium heat. Whisk in brown sugar, honey & cinnamon. Cook until it bubbles.
To prepare: take a date and fill it with cream cheese using a butter knife. Top with walnuts. Wrap with bacon, fastening with a toothpick.
Continue the process until your done stuffing and wrapping all the dates.
Place them in a cookie sheet with sides. Pour the brown sugar sauce over top of them.
Bake at 375 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
