Catallini Baked Beans
1 Cup Diced Red Pepper 1 Cup Jack Daniels
1 Cup diced green pepper 1 Cup of brown sugar
1 Cup diced yellow onion ¼ Cup tomato paste
½ Cup diced pancetta ¼ Cup agave nectar
2 Cans white kidney beans
Mix the peppers, onions and pancetta together and then sauté off. Add about 1 cup of Jack Daniels and cook off alcohol. After the alcohol burns off, add 1 cup of brown sugar, ¼ cup of tomato paste, and ¼ cup of agave nectar. Stir occasionally and bring to a boil. Add white kidney beans and keep stirring. Turn down heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Bake at 350° for 15-20 Minutes.
