There are primaries and special elections throughout Northeast Ohio on Tuesday. The polls are open from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. across Ohio.
If you are voting by absentee ballot, your ballot had to be postmarked by Monday (May 2) to be counted. (You cannot bring your absentee ballot to the polls on Tuesday)
If you are not voting by mail, you need to go to the polls and vote on Tuesday.
If you live in Cuyahoga County, your ballots will look different Tuesday, as they will be written in both English and Spanish. The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections first used bilingual ballots in polling places with large Hispanic populations last year but is now printing all the ballots county-wide that way.
