Legendary owner of Hot Sauce Williams BBQ dies

CLEVELAND -- Channel 3 has confirmed that Lemaud Williams, legendary owner of Hot Sauce Williams restaurant in Cleveland's Fairfax neighborhood, has died.

Williams, 73, died from a stroke on Sunday.

Funeral arrangements are set for 11 a.m. Monday at St. Aloysius Church at East 109th Street and St. Clair Avenue.

Hot Sauce Williams is located at 7815 Carnegie and became a Cleveland landmark, not only for its ribs and BBQ but also for its unique, pink exterior.
