SOLON -- Exactly one week almost to the minute after her first charge of having heroin in her car when she was pulled over on a traffic stop, a Solon woman is caught again with heroin in her car on the same road.

Police have charged Charity Masterson, 37, of Solon, with drug possession and possessing drug abuse instruments.

Just before 10 p.m. Wednesday, police pulled Masterson over for lane violations and a faulty muffler on Aurora Road near Camp Industrial Parkway.

Police found two hypodermic needles, cotton, a silver spoon, and a dollar bill with suspected heroin residue inside her car.

Police had stopped her at 10:30 p.m. Feb. 6 on Aurora Road near Solon Road and found five packets of heroin and six hypodermic syringes in the car and Masterson's purse.
