Tuesday Election results in Summit, Portage, Lorain counties

There is one issue on the Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013 ballots in Summit, Portage and Lorain counties.

In Summit County, the Coventry Local School District had a proposed bond issue and tax levy on the ballot.

All 15 precincts have been counted.

In unofficial results, the bond issue/tax levy FAILED:

For 1,010 (41.87 percent)

Against 1,402 (58.13 percent)

In Portage County, the Waterloo Local School District had an additional tax levy on the ballot for 5.9 mills.

With all 7 precincts counted, the unofficial results have the tax levy PASSING

For: 928 (51.56 percent)

Against 872 (48.44 percent)

In Lorain County, the Midview Local School District had an issue on the ballot for an additional 9.75 mills.

With all 16 preceincts counted, the unofficial results show that it PASSED:

For 3,892 (62.26 percent)

Against 2,359 (37.74 percent)
