A jury returned guilty verdicts on all 13 counts against Thomas Greco Jr. Tuesday.

Greco got gift cards and other costly favors from a former construction company executive.

Former East-West Construction company executive Nilesh Patel and former MetroHealth Vice President John Carroll testified against Greco.

Both men already pleaded guilty to a long-standing bribery scheme.

Carroll told Greco to artificially inflate costs on work orders to repay Patel for his bribes.

Greco did not testify on his own behalf. He will be sentenced August 12.

Prosecutors claimed he could face 20 to 30 years in prison.
