CLEVELAND -- A Cleveland Clinic spokeswoman tells WKYC that the Cleveland Clinic is moving 700 administrative employees from the former Parker-Hannifin building in Cleveland to the Bank of America building in Beachwood.
She said the Parker building was gifted to the Cleveland Clinic and that the Clinic will try and sell the Parker building.
If it does not find a buyer, it will demolish the building that stands at Euclid Avenue and East 173rd Street in Cleveland.
Built in 1919, the Parker building has had flooding issues and electrical power issues, the spokeswoman said.
The employees will be moved to the Bank of America building by the end of 2014.
