CLEVELAND -- Civil rights leader Julian Bond is one of hundreds of health advocates who participated in the Keep the Promise on HIV/AIDS March on Saturday.

Local performers from Shaw High School Marching Band to R&B Superstar Brandy took the state at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in support.

Cleveland joined groups around the world to prevent the spread of HIV and AIDS to help with prevention, treatment and support.
