CLEVELAND -- A Cleveland mom is giving a local charter school failing marks.
Davita Davis sent her 5 year old to Cleveland and Villaview Community Schools in downtown Cleveland, and twice she says he was dropped off at the wrong bus stop. She called police to file a missing persons report.
"They just aren't organized and it's chaotic," says Davis.
After the two bus stop mistakes, her son then came home Friday with a new haircut. She says a child in his class, cut his hair with scissors. The school did not contact her.
This school on East 13th has had a long history of charter school name and management changes. On the last state report card, the school did not meet any state indicators.
