A successful city is built on the people who live there. A problem for Cleveland -- losing talented young people to other cities.

The goal of a conference held Friday for college students and recent graduates is to help them "See the Possible" here in Cleveland.

It's a great place and we just have to do a better job of telling Cleveland's story, like learning about growing career opportunities in Cleveland.

One local attorney says so many are dazzled by New York or Chicago they don't realize the great employers we have in Cleveland.

Professional and civic leaders are fighting the problem of losing young talented people to other cities.

Sharing what's exciting in Cleveland is important.

Part of showing what's positive about Cleveland involves dispelling some of its negative myths -- that there are no jobs in our region.

The event that was put on by iCleveland also included touring what downtown has to offer, from restaurants and entertainment to places to live.

Downtown housing occupancy is 90 percent and a lower cost of living is also a big plus.

When you consider a $700-a-month apartment would run about $2,500 in New York.

Cleveland's growing infrastructure is one way to help young people "See the Possible."
