CLEVELAND -- A man is expected to survive after he was shot in the head by a stray bullet on Cleveland's east side early Thursday morning.
Police and EMS were called to the area of E. 136th Street and Benwood Avenue around 1:30 a.m.
The man told officials he heard shots in the distance then he suddenly felt a pain in his ear. Paramedics say a bullet was found lodged in his ear.
He was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center in stable condition. No updates on his condition are available.
Police have no suspects in the case.
