Cleveland: Parking rates rise with economic development

CLEVELAND -- From valet to surface lots, in the last year parking in downtown Cleveland has slowly risen.

Much of it, attributed to economic development: new apartments, restaurants, and hotels are opening up in the next couple of years.

Coupled with the Horseshoe Casino and the soon-to-be-busy Medical Mart and Convention Center, new life is coming to the heart of Cuyahoga County.

Channel 3's Jennifer Lindgren takes a look at the changes, and what's to come.
