Willoughby: Firefighters fought factory fire

WILLOUGHBY -- Police have closed Ben Hur Avenue Sunday so crews can continue to work after a fire broke out Saturday night.

The fire happened at 3950 Ben Hur Avenue before 10 p.m. Saturday

What was the home of De Milta, a scrap metal company, has been vacant for some time. 

Willoughby Hills, Wickliffe, Kirtland, Mentor, Mentor-on-the-lake, Eastlake, Painesville assisted Willoughby in putting out the fire. 

The cause of the fire is still under investigation. Estimated property damage is around $375,000.
