CLEVELAND -- New video shows Cleveland Patrol Officers describing the call for help from Seymour Avenue almost two weeks ago.
The officers were dispatched to Seymour Avenue after a frantic 911 call from Amanda Berry.
The officers say they found a crowd of people near the home of Ariel Castro when they first arrived.
Amanda Berry ran up to the patrol car and that's when once of the officers recognized her.
"Even before I could stop the vehicle a female approached the vehicle carrying a small child just waiving at us. Before I could stop she was at my window and I look up at her, my partner looks up at her, and we look at each other, and I said I think that's Amanda Berry." said Officer Michale Tracy.
The Officers quickly learned that other women were still in the home owned by Ariel Castro.
