UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS -- John Carroll University has officially launched the public phase of a $100 million campaign focused on funding scholarships for bright and talented students.
In addition, the campaign aims to enrich academics, build upon the University's Jesuit Catholic heritage, and enhance the overall student experience to achieve an even higher level of excellence.
John Carroll University President Robert L. Niehoff, S.J., led the Forever Carroll campaign launch today with a campus kick-off celebration that included students, faculty, administrators, staff, alumni, and friends.
"Our #1 goal is to offer promising students the ability to pursue the dream of a college education," said Father Niehoff. "Thanks to generous alumni and friends, Forever Carroll is on track to be transformational-allowing us to intellectually and spiritually develop leaders who make a difference in the world for generations to come."
The University has already raised $57 million in cash and pledges of its $100 million goal.
