Black Bean Chimmichonga w/ Fresh Mint & Sweet Potatoes

6 wheat wraps (12")
2 cups brown organic rice
2 cups black beans
2 large sweet potatos cubed and roasted
1/4 cup dice fresh spearamint leaves
1/8 cup fresh cilantro
1/4 cup brown sugar or local honey
1/4 teaspoon of the following
Graduated garlic , curry, cumin, cinnamon, salt and pepper

Mix all together in a bowl , wrap heat and serve, with a mango mint salsa
