STOW -- Police say two Stow-Munroe Falls High School students were arrested and charged Tuesday regarding a shooting, which occurred March 2 on Osage Street.

Both have been charged with felonies.

A 16-year-old was charged with complicity to commit aggravated robbery -- a first-degree felony --  and two counts of complicity to commit felonious assault -- second-degree felonies.

Another 16-year-old was charged with complicity to commit aggravated robbery.

Police also say that a 17-year-old was charged with aggravated robbery and two counts of felonious assault.

All three juveniles are being held in the Summit County Juvenile Detention Center. Police say they went to the home that evening with the intention of committing a robbery of drugs, money and other items of value.

On March 2, police say they responded to a report that a man had been shot at an Osage Street address.

When they arrived, police found Jason Hoy, 20, had been shot in a lower limb. Later that night, police received a call that Andrew Brown, 21, was dropped off by a private car at Akron General North with a gunshot wound to his leg.

Neither sustained life-threatening injuries. Brown and Hoy told police that three men entered the Osage Street home, shot them and then ran off.
