MAPLE HEIGHTS -- Family and friends gathered to remember a mother and her children who were killed in a car accident Friday night.
Maria Thorpe and two of her children, Zariah Roberts, 8, and Zayanah Roberts, 5, died from the crash, as did her unborn child.
Another 12-year-old was treated and released from the hospital and police say Monday that the 10-year-old is still listed in critical condition and is on a ventilator as of Monday.
Police have charged Eric Calhoun, 48, of Warrensville Heights, with four counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and Bedford Municipal Court Judge Harry Jacob set his bond at $1 million.
Other charges are pending.
Calhoun is expected to appear in court Tuesday afternoon.
