EATON TOWNSHIP -- It's been a busy week for the Elyria Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

They say that 18 people were arrested on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Five of the 18 refused to take the BAC test and were arrested.

Another five tested at twice the legal limit, while one Cleveland man was nearly 3 times the legal limit of .08. He tested at .223.

The total number of OVI arrests made by the OSHP in Lorain County has reached 64, a slight increase from last year during the same time period.
