AKRON -- Police have tracked down and arrested a Cleveland man who was wanted for felonious assault and attempted aggravated robbery.

Akron Police say members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Donti Summers, 20, for his alleged role in a shooting back on Nov. 2.

According to police, Summers and another man attempted to rob a man of his vehicle in Akron on Annadale Avenue. During the incident, Summers allegedly shot the victim several times -- once in the chest and once in the shoulder.

The victim was not fatally injured.

Summers, who was arrested at his home Thursday in Cleveland, has been booked in the Cuyahoga County Jail.
