4 ounces Bibb Lettuce
1-1/2 ounces Balsamic Vinaigrette
2 TBL Walnuts, toasted
2 TBL Blue Cheese Crumbles
2 ounces Bosc Pears, peeled, cored, cut in ¼ slices, store in lemon water
Place 1 portion of Bibb lettuce in a mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients and gently mix the salad. Layer the Bibb leave and other ingredients on a cold plate. Arrange pears and walnuts so some are visible on top of the salad. Serve immediately.
