CLEVELAND -- The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Marlon Ricks.
Ricks is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Garfield Heights Police Department for murder and also wanted by the Ohio Adult Parole Authority for violating his parole.
Ricks is believed to be hiding somewhere in Cleveland and also has a previous address near the 10000 block of Grace Avenue in Garfield Heights.

His original charge was for a murder that he committed 21 years ago were he shot and killed his step-father.
For his current charge of murder, it is alleged that, back in March 2012, he stabbed his girlfriend to death after an argument.
Ricks, 41, stands 6'01" tall and weighs 188 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
