Kevin Altomare: Goat Cheese, Garlic & Rosemary Stuffed Peppadew Peppers

8 oz - Goat Cheese

1 fl oz - Heavy Cream

1.5 oz - Garlic Minced

1 tsp - Chopped Rosemary

Mix all of the above ingredients together, until fully incorporated.

Put Goat cheese mixture into a piping bag.


Drain Peppadew Peppers Well on paper towels.


Stuff Peppadew's with goat cheese, Keep Chilled, Serve and Enjoy!
