Prepare your favorite holiday stuffing recipe.

Cut a large ripe apple in half and hollow out a cavity in the center.

Fill the cavity with a generous portion of the stuffing.

Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 35-40minutes.

Serve with Roast Turkey or Pork or as an Entre with a side salad.
