The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Julian Tyes.
Tyes is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cleveland Division of Police for two separate incidents.
The first charge is a carjacking that happened in June and the more recent a domestic violence incident.

During the domestic violence incident it is alleged that Tyes threw a brick through the window of his girlfriend's car while his small child was in the back seat.
Tyes, 24, stands about 5 feet 9 inches, weighing 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Tyes is believed to be hiding somewhere on Cleveland's eastside. Tyes has a previous address near the 12000 block of Oakview Boulevard in Garfield Heights.
