Maria Incorvia's body was found on Garfield Road in Mentor two miles from Deepwood Center where she was last scene on May 7th.
Maria's glasses and clothing were also found at the scene with her bones nearby.
That is according to her father Christopher.
Although the coroner says it's most likely Incorvia's remains, further test will be performed to verify her identity.
Maria was mentally handicapped and suffered from schizophrenia.
She had worked at Deep Wood Industries and walked away from her job.
Police are not releasing many details. They will hold a news conference Sunday afternoon.
