Neither Dimora nor Russo have been charged with any crime and both have denied any involvement in the ongoing Cuyahoga County corruption probe.

Kleem, 51, the owner of Blaze Building Corporation and part owner of Phoenix Cement Inc., allegedly gave Dimora a refrigerator, a Rolex watch, and a trip to Las Vegas in April, 2008, where Kleem arranged for a prostitute for him on the trip.

FBI and IRS agents raided Blaze Construction and several other of Kleem's businesses on July 28, 2009.

So far, there has been no comment from lawyers for Dimora and Russo.

The acts allegedly were done to help Kleem's business get public contracts, get a preferred inspector assigned to a road project, and to fix a smoking violation.

Former county employee J. Kevin Kelley and Russo also  allegedly accompanied Dimora on the trip to Las Vegas.

The charges filed were contained in a bill of information, which usually means the accused is cooperating with prosecutors.

The charges also involve an unnamed Cleveland city official.
