Hollie's Dish of the Week: Baked Artichoke Heart Casserole

Ingredients:

1 cup Italian style bread crumbs

3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup grated romano cheese

fresh ground black pepper

3 cans of artichokes, drained, rinsed, cut in half or quartered

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, more oil to the baking dish

1 teaspoon garlic powder

paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine bread crumbs, parsley, cheese, garlic powder and pepper.  Brush oil inside a 9 x 13 pan.  Spread artichokes in a single layer in the dish.  Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over top.  Drizzle oil over top and sprinkle with paprika.  Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.  Increase to 375 degrees and bake another 10 minutes uncovered.
