Ingredients:
3 Scallops
2 tbs. of corn ragu
1/4 oz of truffle oil
1 tsp. of crispy prosciutto

Procedures:
Grill scallops medium
As scallops are cooking, heat ragu
Toss ragu with crispy prosciutto
Place scallops on a coupe plate, equally spaced
Sprinkle plate with finished ragu
Drizzle with truffle oil
