1 ½ C Toasted Walnuts
1C Dried Banana Chips
2ea Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored & diced
¼t Kosher Salt
½t Ground Cinnamon
1C Red Wine
In a small sauce pan warm the wine, honey and banana chips and let sit off the heat for 10 minutes or until the bananas are soft.
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process until it forms a paste like wet concrete.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
