1 lb raw, deveined shrimps
10 cloves garlic, chopped
1 bunch fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 stick butter
3 lemons- juice & zest
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup white wine
1 lb (1 box) angel hair pasta
Cook pasta Drain and set aside.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a small bowl and add breadcrumbs stirring to coat. Set-aside.
In a large skillet coated with olive oil on medium heat melt a couple tablespoons of butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add White wine. Simmer 10 minutes allowing the alcohol to cookout. Add your shrimp, the juice of two lemons and the zest of one lemon. Add parsley. Continue cooking until shrimp is cooked through and pink. Add your cooked angel hair and toss in the shrimp and white wine sauce. Topped with buttered breadcrumbs & serve!
