Crepe Recipe

2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour

5 eggs

1 1/4 cup of whole milk

1 1/4 cup of water, room temp

1/4 cup of melted butter

1 tsp vanilla

Blend all ingredients until its very smooth. Refrigerate overnight. Pour a thin layer into a heated pan, and swirl around the bottom of the pan and then dump out the excess. Cook until the top looks dry and then flip over to finish.
