CLEVELAND -- Someone found three dogs dead and stuffed in dog food bags Tuesday.

The dogs were found on the curb near East 102nd Street and Meech Avenue.

Cleveland Police say the APL will be handling the case.

On Wednesday, Sharon Harvey of the APL told WKYC that the three dogs' bodies were decomposed and they could have been dead for weeks or even a month.

If you know anything about the dogs, Harvey asks you to call the APL investigative phone line at (216) 377-1638.
