Nursing or other clinical or health care background strongly preferred. SQL and Access Database expertise required. Knowledge of Epic's Clarity reporitng required. Knowledge of Epic's Chronicals and Reporting Workbench reports preferred. Crystal reporting experience strongly preferred

EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Behavioral Health field preferred. Demonstration of group facilitation skills, knowledge of psychiatric diagnosis and treatments. Crisis intervention skills.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION: NVCI (non-violent crisis intervention) training and CPR required within 90 days from start date of the position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Two years of experience in Behavioral Medicine/Health Field required. An Associates or Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Sociology or Behavioral Health may substitute for two years Behavioral Medicine/Health experience.

Job Details:

Under the general supervision of the Patient Food Service Manager, assists with staff-related functions and administrative duties.Responsible for scheduling, monitoring and orienting/training employees. Audits attendance records and develops/administers corrective action plans.Assists with the work load of any area in the department when short-staffed. Responsible for mixing and delivering any formularies ordered after 4 p.m. Delivers emergency bulk nourishments as necessary.Responsible for opening, closing and securing all areas in the centralized department. Ensures compliance with applicable regulations including sanitation practices, safety inspections and pest control. Acts as a liason between the Food Service Department and nursing convenience kitchen units.Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. An Associate's degree in Office Administration, Business or Secretarial Science preferred.
